REDUCED

     This is a wonderful home in a friendly, charming and quiet neighborhood.  Soft new carpet runs throughout the house. The roof is new and the fireplace chimney has been restored. The house has been repainted inside and out. The central air conditioning is fairly new. The home is well cared for and ready for new owners.  

     The woods behind the house can be viewed from the windows including the large glass door that opens onto the newly floored back deck.  From the dining room and deck, native birds can be seen at the feeders, i.e. cardinals, golden finches, blue birds and chickadees.  Deer, rabbits, squirrels and red fox can also be spotted.  

     This is a peach of a house.  However, I had to relocate to southern Arkansas so only use it when visiting relatives in Nortwest Arkansas. Nevertheless, I love Bella Vista and I know you will, too. Contact me if you have any questions.
