Due to Realtor.com restrictions, in order to be placed on Realtor.com, your property must be placed in an MLS (Multiple Listing Service) system. With the help of our broker affiliate, eList.me, we simply place your property in an out-of-town MLS system. This allows your property to be advertised on Realtor.com, the #1 real estate site in the country, without having to list in your local MLS! 

1) Open Listing Agreement: The first form you will need to complete is an open listing agreement. As previously explained, in order to be placed on Realtor.com, your property must be listed in an MLS system. You will NOT be placed in your local MLS system and your property will NOT be searchable by real estate agents in your local area. However, to be listed in the MLS, you must enter into a Listing Agreement with a real estate professional. This is an Open Listing Agreement, which means that it is a non-exclusive agreement. You are completing this agreement for the sole purpose of listing the property in the MLS system.

2) Agency Disclosure: The second form you will need to complete is contained within the document entitled "Disclosure Regarding Real Estate Agency Relationship". The law (California’s Civil Code) requires agents to provide their clients with information on the types of agency relationships and agent representation in a real estate transaction. For this purpose, we have provided a copy of the civil code for you to review. After reviewing this document, you will need to sign and date the disclosure stating that you have received and understand this information.

3) Property Input Form: The last form you will need to complete is entitled "Residential Input Form" or "Land Input Form". This is the form used to enter your property information into the MLS system, which will then be uploaded to Realtor.com. This is the information that will be advertised to buyers on Realtor.com.
