House has totally been gone over, with all updated wiring, plumbing, roof, windows, doors etc. Home is not perfect but priced right and in a great quiet location.  House has all pex piping with manifold, heat is electric, all the wiring is all new, water and electric shutoff's brought to living floors so you do not have to go into the basement.  Has three decks, has a balcony, small basement area with concrete floor and stand up head room.  attic has crawl space area for storage.  Made house as modern as I can.  All bedrooms have closets, linen closet in hall, closets under both sets of steps, laundry on first floor with easy access. House has electric heat, separate thermostats for each room, most of the yard is fenced in, quiet street with few neighbors, great view of mountain from balcony.  House has two bedrooms on third floor with full bath on that floor, third bedroom can be found on ground floor with full bath or can be just used as a family room if you only need two bedroom
