Misc. Notes:  The farm was appraised in July 2008 for $1,350,000.  The Map location is incorrect.  The farm is located  1750 NW 165th Street (not NE as on the map) and we are between Highway 441 and Highway 301.  Gainesville is 20 miles North and Ocala is 16 miles South.
