This house is not just a great view but as you can see from the photos it definitely has that.  We purchased this house in 2004 and began a major addition of 2000 square feet and a wrap around, mostly covered, composite deck.  We consider this 1200 sq. foot deck (South, West & North sides) Living Areas just outside the many (5) sliding doors and windows.  All the 1958 windows have been replaced with energy efficient thermal windows.

It has a very large Kitchen with all new appliances and 2 dining areas (we use the formal dining area as a front parlor).  The Master Suite is about 450 sq ft. including a large walk-in closet for her and an adequate closet for him.

Geographically we are located within 1/2 mile to LaFortune Park, many fine restaurants and shopping.  Carnegie Elementary (Tulsa’s Finest) is just a short walk Southeast.
