Interior: Main floor: approximately 2070 square feet The foyer is a patterned tile with a coat closet. The carpeted living room features a fireplace with mantel and opens into a formal dining room through a large archway. The kitchen adjacent to the dining room has been recently renovated. It contains maple cabinets (some with glass doors and some with solid doors) and stainless steel appliances Frigidaire Gallery and Corian countertops. The master bedroom has three windows and a large closet and a separate walk-in closet opposite a vanity and sink with a Corian counter, sink, and two drawer stacks. There is another vanity with sink in the bathroom proper (tiled) which is also Corian with drawers. The bedrooms have hardwood floors. The front bedroom has a large closet with built in drawers and shelves. It is a nice size and has two large windows. Second floor: approximately 1,150 square feet The second floor has hardwood floors ─ except for the bath which is sheet vinyl. There are two very large bedrooms, one at each end of the house. Each bedroom contains a double closet. The west bedroom has been converted to a library with custom-made solid cherry bookshelves with base cabinets with drawer stack and accent lighting in place of the closets. These bookshelves were designed to be easily removed so that the room can be reconverted to a bedroom with closets. Each unit is 5 feet wide. Each of the end bedrooms has a double window on the end and a smaller window on the back. The middle bedroom is small with a built in chest of drawers and two closets. It is carpeted over the hardwood floor. It has two small windows. Across from this bedroom is a hobby room which has access to a walk-in attic that runs the length of the house (54 feet). The bathroom has tiled walls with a sheet vinyl floor. There are two sinks set in a large vanity with three drawer stacks and cabinets beneath. There is a tub with shower and a linen closet. Ground floor: approximately 903 square feet finished space The ground floor is underground toward the front of the house but is full walk-out in the rear. The west end of the ground floor is a mother-in-law apartment. The main bedroom/living room is approximately 560 square feet. It has two sets of double windows and a single window on the west side. At the rear are French doors opening onto a brick patio and perennial garden. The walls are paneled wainscot with wallpaper above. There is a bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity. There is also a morning kitchen with sink, upper and lower cabinets, and regular size refrigerator. The remainder of the ground floor is taken up by the garage and two unfinished rooms. One room contains the furnace and a hot water heater. The other contains the oil tanks and large amount of built-in shelving. In the middle of the rear of the house is a two-car garage. The asphalt driveway runs along side the house and around to the back to the garage.
