There is a new cedar log garage/woodshed (pictured)constructed in 2003 also for your wood pile, sleds, boat, etc. There is a new oil fired heating system with new oil tank as well a very efficient "King" side load wood stove that easily keeps the fire going all day and the cabin toasty warm in the coldest weather. Deep private well with submersible pump. 100 AMP circuit breaker panel. The location is one lot from Moosehead Lake (views) with easy access to boat ramp at the Kineo Landing for launching your boat or snowmobiling on Moosehead Lake and hundreds of miles of groomed trails as you are on ITS 86 Trail. IN ADDITION to the log cabin, included is a second separate year round guest camp in immaculate condition, two bedrooms and livingroom with knotty pine cathedral ceiling, full kitchen, dining area and one full bath. Warm air gas heat, electric stove and hot water. There is an outside deck and a drilled well. Both homes have cablevision and telephone hookups.
