Beautiful panoramic scenery from original construction site, along Vardy Blackwater Rd. and Newman's Ridge, and surrounding area! The morning mist picture covers the valley road and up into the property and seems you're sitting above the clouds until mist and fog go away mid morning. The area will take your breath away!

 

Property is about hour from Gatlinburg which is really nice.

*Note:  I've never had soil samples done, but the way the land lays, I thought it was possible for a vineyard: I had actually called someone in nearby Virginia  about their vineyard.  Several vineyards have popped up over the area since we've lived there.

 

*There are even some land owners in Hancock County that discovered oil on their property.  Again...never had the soil tested or a geological test done, but have wanted to check them out.

 

Vardy Blackwater Rd:   Very rural.  The area is slow paced and hardly any traffic at all.
