We are the original purchaser, possibly relocating out of state. HOA costs are low $45 per month. House is great location for working in Hampton or Newport News, its only 5 miles from the James River Bridge 20 minutes from Hampton. Showings can be made by appointment, contingent on providing a preapproval loan letter close to asking price.
