Directions to the property: From the Santa Fe area, take Highway 84/285 North approximately 20 miles and turn left on State Road 399 at the Dreamcatcher Theater. Go 2.7 miles to County Road 113. House is .3 miles on the left.

School District - Espanola in Rio Arriba County

This property is located just three miles from Highway U.S. 84/285 (Espanola city limits) which is a four-lane highway to Interstate 25 in Santa Fe. It is eighteen miles to the world renowned Santa Fe Opera, twenty three miles to the famous Santa Fe Plaza, twenty two miles to Los Alamos, sixty miles to Taos and eighty miles to Albuquerque.

The property is completely surrounded by a chain link fence with two eleven foot wide gates entering the property on the South side of the house. One gate opens/closes with an automatic operator. The gate operator has three remote controllers. The house size is 1760 square feet including the screened back porch.
