This house was renovated along with a huge addition around 1995. The original house was a small farm house built some where in the 60's I think. All of the interior walls and wiring were changed. The bathrooms are all updated and the kitchen is no more than 5 yrs old. The refridgerator and washer/dryer are new within 3 yrs. There is a microwave oven,dish washer and gas stove. There is a new 50 gal. hot water heater installed Aug. 28, 2009, NEW! The roof is 4 years old and all of the windows are pella windows. There are new ceiling fans in most every room.
