This is a very private, secluded retreat. The house was originally built as a duck lodge. It will make someone a wonderful lodge although we enjoyed it as our main, private residence. The main house has 1568 sq. ft, the guest house has 864 sq. ft., but could be used as a mother-in-law's room, or would be a great place to rent for hunters.  Both have very spacious open floor plans. There is a covered boat dock on the White River that goes with the sale. Adjoins the Cache River Refuge. Screened in back and side porch with hot tub. Two car garage with a shop and the afore-mentioned guesthouse above it. There is a greenhouse, and a small pond, as well as an additional covered area for storage / parking. Central Heat and Air as well as a wood burning stove. The yard is equipped with a automatic sprinkler system. There are many extras that are negotiable in this sale. Low utilities.

Wildlife is adundant in this area.  There are deer, turkey, bobcat, all sorts of birds for the avid bird-watchers.  It is a beautiful place to live and we will miss it dearly.

As anyone living in the Arkansas area is aware, there was massive flooding this Spring.  Record level White River flooding was still 25' below what would have been necessary to have affected this property.
