We have been very blessed to live in this l913 victorian mansion for the past 7 years. We have used the house for a hospitality bed and breakfast and home for our family. The house has 6 standard bedrooms, plus 4 irregular bedrooms on the 3rd floor. There are 3 1/2 baths. The home is located on 3 very quiet acres surrounded on two sides by a cornfield. Fremont is a really nice little town located 15 miles from Ottumwa and 11 miles to Oskaloosa. The home has lots of character and unique features that are not found in homes of today.
