This condo is located in the best condo complex there is in Central Kihei, for its amenities, awesome swimming pool and hot tub area, manicured grass, flowers and trees garden with BBQs, tennis courts, facing the ocean and the sunsets, its low relative monthly maintenance fee and the quality of its construction (all concrete walls, floors and ceilings).
The condo has been remodeled with granite counter tops, brand new solid wood cabinets and appliances, ceramic tiles floors everywhere including the balcony / Lanai, is all furnished with Hawaiian floral patterns furniture, has new A-C units, new bathrooms sinks, new dishwasher and new water heater.
The 2nd bathroom, the 1/2 one, has an awesome ceramic tiles with patterns walls and stone base shower.
The condo can sleep up to 5 persons by using the bunk bed and the sofa hide-a-bed in the living room.
It is also a very good rental property renting between 280 and 300 days a year average and it is a breeze for renter check in thanks to the Maui Sunset front desk.
These 280 days yield an annual $30k gross income and this is when I do actually occupy it for about 3 weeks in November in addition to my usual stay by April-May. If I not using the condo for yourself, you will get 300 days pr more of rental a year, making the annual gross rental income to be $32k or more.
