If you wish to schedule
an appointment you will need to do the following.
1. Email or fax a singed
preapproval letter indicating that you are approved for $520,000 or more. Preapproved letters must be presented on
formal letterhead and have the signature of an authorized representative of the
lending institution along with their contact information.
2. Be sure to include your
phone number and the best times to contact you in your email or fax.
3. Allow us up to three
business days before we respond. We will
need time to confirm your preapproval letter and sometimes the contacts listed
in preapproval letters are not immediately available.
Once we are able to
confirm your preapproval letter we will email or call you and indicate multiple
dates and times that the home can be made available for your viewing.
Our asking price of $520,000
is firm and we are not interested in anything less than our asking price.
Only the buyers will be allowed
to view the home. Individuals who are
not purchasing the home will not be able to partake in the initial viewing of
the home.
You will be expected to
remove your shoes before walking through the home.
You will be allowed as
much time as you like to view the home.
