This has been a great house for our young family; our children play outside with no worries of them wandering in to traffic. They ride their bikes and gator up and down the road and play soccer in the large yard. We have a kiddie pool,wood swing set, above ground pool and basketball hoop set up for them to enjoy. The bedrooms are larger than most with the master bedroom being large enough to accomodate a king size bed and a full bedroom suit; it has a private full bath with garden tub. The four season sunroom allows you all around views of the property; and also has a gas fireplace (it is a perfect place for the Christmas tree as the lights can be seen from the road). There is a 12ft x 36ft barn (built in 2008); 125ft x 400ft electric fenced horse pasture (can be moved to your liking) and a 12ft x12ft storage shed. There is a wood burning stove in the 1750sqft unfinished basement to supplement propane heat. The house is wired to a emergency generator. All the appliances were bought in late 2005 except for the microwave which was bought a few months ago. The attached two car garage is very spacious and has a rear door leading out to a 24ft x 20ft fenced yard; total yard is around 2 to 2 1/2 acres. This is a great place for kids and animals alike!
