Profit producing B & B 1879 mansion - Price has been Reduced

This beautiful and wonderfully restored 1879 mansion was built by the famed Confederate Doctor, Alfred Frederick Hambright, as a crown jewel to the Hambright and Hambright family legacy in America.  His great-great grandfather was Colonel Frederick Hambright who sat in the North Carolina Congress when this nation ws formed and is the most heroic figure known in time for the Kings Mountain battle.  This National Military Park is located a few miles away with well over 500,000 visitors documented, under law, by the National Park Service.  Colonel Hambright is buried nearby and the mansion is presently host to a former Executive Chef to the President of the United States of America who built this B & B and is perfectly run as a five-star rated Bed and Breakfast complete with the Presidential Culinary Museum inside.  It hosts tours of the mansion on Saturday which increases and boosts profits more.

As the premises have been inspected and received a Cleveland County Department of Health rating grade of an "A" and score of 100 - it could also be used as a Dentists, Doctors, Counselors or Attorneys office.  Or just as a wonderful home to live in!  The mansion is eligible for 10% tax credits and 40% tax credits for improvements under the National Historic Registry listing if you would desire to have it listed.  Presently, it is not listed but is fully eligible. If you are in the area - the famed mansion is open seven days a week for tours and public tours are on Saturday, at 1 p.m.  The gift shop and store as well as also generate income and group tours are welcome from in and out of state.  The price is being reduced for a quick sale, any business can enter this facility. The B&B is a great business in itself.
