Has newer roof, nice backyard, off street parking, all units are rented, all new wiring for each unit, all electric, all units pay own electric, their heat, hot water, stoves, dryers are all electric, all i pay is the water and sewer bills. The top floor is a three bedrooom, second floor is a two bedroom and the basement floor is a one bedroom, all electric panels are located in each apt. Have all co's for all units. I bring in 1275.00 a month at the moment and pay about 100.00 a month for water. After that and my mortgage I still bank almost 600 a month. All units are in good shape and the building should really need nothing as far as repairs go.
