This is a 2000 sq foot house on five acers of lake front property with approx 500 feet of beach front has a16 x 24 guest cabin on property, this is remote property approx 15 minutes by jet boat or airboat . the house has its own power and water, this would make a great summer get away or lodge for sport fishing or hunting guides. the area of the lake has brown bear ,black bear, mountain goat, moose wolves and most of the other wild life common to Alaska, and the salmon fishing on the lake is excellent as well as trout. I also have 16 foot airboat that has a fresh 454 hot engine this moves around the rivers and lake very well this I would sell seperate. This is a killer deal for someone.
