You own private fishing hole..so quit..you only here the wind ..Spring and Fall chinook runs come...Summers are great for children to play in the river cause it become very low and not much current ...There is a nature 12 foot high hedge three hundred feet long  along the senic rout of 229 hwy... Awell that give you wonderful water and your own septic...I love that no water or septic bills...Fensed back pasture for a horsed or couple steers...small 20x22 barn..shed that needs remodeling and a chicken couple.There is raspberries, strawberries and blueberries plus four apple trees with one producing every year...a plum tree that should produce this year..two pear trees..one cherry tree that the birds get mostly...lastly a nice size garden spot for whatever you want.. The locations is great too 25 mile to Newport thur the town of Siletz which is seven miles away and 25 miles to Lincoln City where there is a Mall and Casino...As you saw it's on the Mighty Siletz River and I'm in the spot that will get some river water depending on snow melting and heavy rain..only a twenytfour hour drama every couple years..but there was a stretch for 12 years that it did not rise to the top level....But the house is always safe..one foot above sea level...The foundation of this mobile home was designed by a certitified enginer sets on 15 pilings. they were driven 15 feet into the ground with 4 tie downs...with complete wrap around deck..It is a fortress...Two car garage with woodstove and work bench area..I love it here but I'm got to leave cause it's too much for me to take of since my husband passed away..
