Owners reluctantly decided to sell because of health problems.

The exterior is western red cedar and local creek stone.  Entering the front door, you are in the Great Room which measures 25’ by 28’ with a 12’ vaulted ceiling.  Two large gable windows at each end of the great room provide natural light.  The focal point in the great room is the fireplace finished with local creek stone and the oak hardwood floor.  Walls in the great room are western red cedar and the ceiling in beaded pine.

Glass patio doors on each side of the great room open to a 12’ by 27’ screened-in porch.  The view in the summer is almost solid green.  In the winter, when the leaves are off the trees, you have a view of beautiful mountains in the distance.

The main floor is 2074 square feet; there is a master bedroom and bath on one side of the great room.  On the other side are two bedrooms and a bath.  The rear bedrooms, on each side of the great room, open through glass patio doors to separate 8’ by 19’ decks at the rear of the house.  

The full basement has a bedroom/office and bath and the rest of the basement is unfinished.  Sliding glass doors open to a stone patio.  An interior door opens to the unfinished shop area, which is the same size as the great room, with passage to the single garage at the other end of the basement.  A single garage door opens to the rear.  There is 33 feet of four-shelf storage units, 18 inches deep, in the basement.

A 32’ by 20’ concrete pad for parking an RV is complete with electricity, water and sewer connections.  -              

Deer and wild turkeys are frequent visitors.
