Horse Property in the Country

Situated between Chattanooga and Knoxville Tennessee (home of UT and the Volunteers football team) and sitting on 3.86 acres of horse property, close to shopping and schools, in a true country setting, is a beautiful custom home, built in 1991. In move-in condition the home has many features which includes tile, berber carpet, pergo flooring, gas log fireplace, ceiling fans, crown moldings and raised panel doors through out, separate laudry room, central vac, pantry, wet bar, work out room, jacuzzi tub, are just a few of the amenties. There are two large bedrooms on the main level and 1 or 2 on the basement level, one is being used as an office. The spa is located in the florida room that over looks the pool area with a built in natural gas barbeque.

There are two paved drive ways one with RV cover. There are two barns on the property, one is a run in shed with hay loft and the other built 4 years ago features 4 stalls, a wash room, and a tack room. The property is fenced with 3 rail white vinyl fencing.  We have throughly enjoyed living here and love our home. We hope you will as well.

A little bit about the area.  Our property is located in south McMinn County approximately 35 minutes from Cleveland, with shopping, restaurants, community college and a Universtiy.  Athens (the freindly city) is about ten miles north, home of Tennessee Wesleyan College.  Etowah is about twenty miles and sits at the base of Star Mountain and the Cherokee National Forest.

If you love the great outdoors there are three scenic rivers closeby.  The Olympic Ocoee River is host to the Gold Cup Kayaking Championship,  many enjoy the white water rafting as well.

The Great Smokey Mountains National Park is also about an hour north from our location.  Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Gatlinburg provide year around entertainment for any age.

This area provides just about anything that might interest an indivdual, and I'm sure you would be glad to call this area home.
