This is a great home that I've built and raised my family in for 30 years. I have taken excellent care and pride in the upkeep over the many years. This house is 1300 sq ft. with a 2 car attached garage. The inside of the garage is finished with vinyl siding so you can wash your cars inside the garage with weep holes to drain the water outside. You are just an hour from Nags Head Nc. The house is 5 miles from US 64 then a straight shot to the beach. You have quick access to the beach with out the full impact of the Hurricanes. You are in the country with several cities with in driving distance. Williamston to the west, Washington and Greenville to the south west, Belhaven to the south, Edenton, and Elizabeth City to the North and Manteo, Nags Head to the East. This is a great place to live if you really love country living.

Additional Information:
North Carolina is one of the best location for retired people who likes to travel and love the coast. You are half way between Maine and Florida, and Just an hour from the coast.
