My wife and I had this house built for us by Anderson Family Homes in the summer of 1990. In the years since, we have watched as Fairview has grown by leaps and bounds. This property is situated just 1.84 miles south of Fairview Elementary School and just 2.34 miles northeast of Cane Creek Middle School (built in 2000). It is also less than 15 minutes to either of the major interstate highways in Western North Carolina (I-26 and I-40).

In addition to our family home, this purchase will include 2 mobile homes (one singlewide and one doublewide).
