HISTORY
Ringgold Place (1900 1926 Waverly) is one of Philadelphias celebrated streets and was named for Col. Samuel Ringgold. The Federal Historic Register states The charm and quiet of Ringgold Place provides its obvious rewards, creating a restful preserve, seemingly far from the city.
