The studio is totally separate from the front cottage with its own private patio enclosed by a fence. It is also fully furnished.

It features a walk in tiled shower, bath and dressing area and separate sleeping/kitchen living area. It has electric heat and air-conditioning.

The house has been owned by only two families who knew each other and passed ownership from the first to the second. It has a rich history- one of the first cottages built in this once sleepy riverside area. The property is on the site of a former horse ranch and before that an indigo plantation dating back several centuries.
