Fairfax County Tax Assessment basis was revised Sep 24, 2009.  The assessed value is now $616,070.00

Rarely will you find a renovation project at the point of completion where you will be able to add your own touch. The house is set on 1.2 acres and is in a quiet, "forested" neighborhood - Pine Ridge - near Rte 50 and Gallows Rd. It is a one block walk to the Metro bus line and 1 1/2 miles to the Metro train system, and it is close to the Beltway; 

The original structure was a one bath, 4 bedroom house. It was on well water, and had oil heat, no air-conditioning and no heat to the 2nd floor bedrooms. It was in poor condition.

Its current condition is very good. It is now has 2 zones of heat / air conditioning.

The original, existing system (first floor and basement): Has had the oil furnace professionally refurbished  And a new A/C system has been installed

The second floor has had a new heat pump A/C system installed.

 The working fireplace has been cleaned and repaired and is in safe, good, working condition. We have installed a custom built, paneled mantel.

The house has a new 400 amp electric service, underground, with fiber optic phone and cable feeds in the same underground trench
