We have made several improvements to this west Indy home since moving in 5 years ago.

*We have half-finished the walkout basement (just needs a drop ceiling on part of the basement to finish it off).

*We added a 4th bedroom/office in the basement, complete with walk-in closet and built-in bookcase.

*Brand new central air (2007), heat (2007), and water heater (2009).

*Brand new double insulated garage door and new garage door opener in 2009.

*Fresh paint in the bedrooms and bathrooms in 2009.

*Freshly painted trim on exterior in 2009.

The walkout basement level is 1455 sq ft. and besides the bedroom, has a bonus family room, laundry room, and a ton of storage space. The basement looks out on a wood deck, which overlooks a lovely pond/lake stocked with fish.

Upstairs, there's a sliding glass door that opens to a screened-in sun porch that also overlooks the pond. There's a wooden staircase from the sun porch down to the deck.

There are ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom.

Built-in microwave and stove in the dine-in kitchen stay with the house, as does the dishwasher.
