Beautiful colonial home in quiet small town, beautiful yard.

This house was built in the 1920's, brick with plaster walls(12" thick), 11' ceilings,by my grandfather. The rooms are large ( approx. 15'x15' bedrooms) with high ceilings. There is a separate and formal living room, dining room in the front of the house, with a sun room (or music/office) on one side and a breakfast room on the other, connecting to a large kitchen, pantry and back porch(enclosed). The back has two bedrooms with a bath between. The wing opposite the kitchen has another two bedrooms and bath. One of the bedrooms has traditionally been used as a family room. There is a hallway through connecting all. The back porch and back bedroom open on to a tile patio. There are crystal chandiliers in the sun room and dining room. Bathrooms are all tile and have been updated in the last few years. There is a full attic and half basement, which houses the heating and cooling units. The yard is beautiful and is filled with camelias and azaelias. It has simply become too much for me to keep up and needs someone to love it and give it some TLC. It has been rented for the last ten years and is built solid.
