The master is upstairs with a dimmer switch, ceiling fan, and recessed ceiling. The master bath has separate shower and tub, separate sink and vanity for him and her, small toilet closet, and large closet with some built in shelving.

The other two upstairs bedrooms are large with a ceiling fan and large, walk in closets. The closet in the kids room has two dressers in it! The second bathroom has two sinks and a storage closet.

The upstairs family room has tons of built in storage, shelves, and a desk. It also has a ceiling fan and dimmer.

The living room downstairs has a gas fireplace with gas logs that will stay, a ceiling fan, and dimmer switch. There is a half bath with pedestal sink under the stairs. The kitchen has a gas stove/oven, large pantry, breakfast area, and lots of windows to watch over the back yard.

The bedrooms have carpet, bathrooms/kitchen/entry have tile, and the rest is laminate flooring.

We have a large back yard with 500 sq ft deck, partially covered with a ceiling fan and light. We also added lots of shelving in the garage as well as floored of the attic. There is an alarm system, a sprinkler system, a new roof and mostly new fence post-Ike, and gutters added all along the back of the house.

The neighborhood is convenient to 290 and the Beltway and close to 45, 610, and 10. It has a playground and community pool. There is a large pool as well as a shaded baby pool. The house sits on a cul-de-sac on a back, quiet street. Our particular street is very neighborly with families and couples of various ages who play outside in the evenings, have spontaneous Cul-de-sac Cook-Outs, and plans annual street parties.
