Our home is in the community of Woodside Park, just 3 minutes from Highway 285 in Pine, CO, just 21 miles from the C-470. The family room on the upper level faces Black Mountain and Lion's Head and has 2 walls of large,beautifully trimmed, Andersen Low-E-4 Windows. The floors are covered in wood-like Pergo flooring, which is beautiful and holds up well in mountain homes. There are 4 large bedrooms, two with carpet. The home is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with neighbors on three sides, but their homes are barely visible from any of the windows, as the many trees (spruce, aspen and Ponderosa Pine) seclude the home. There is a new barn and paddock area, surrounded by an Electrobraid Fence (safest fence for your horses). There is a rock fireplace in the family room and a new, high-effeciency boiler system (which powers hot water baseboard heaters) in the large laundry room downstairs. There are two 40-foot chain link dog runs attached to a small pet area outside the laundry room. (We use one run for a garden and the other for a chicken coop!) It breaks our hearts to have to move!
