The owner of the cabin receives a transferable lease for the duration of their ownership. The park has covenants. There is an annual maintenance fee which includes water, sewage, garbage, lawn care, and gated security during the night hours.

Owners of cabins have free access to the park property. There are many picnic tables and benches. There are two ponds on the property.

Close to the city and Cumberland Lake, six miles from Cumberland Parkway and KY 80. Close to Wolf Creek Dam and the National Fish Hatchery.
