Our unit has a master suite with a king-size bed and full bath. There is also a private balcony for those dreamy summer nights. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed with adjoining bath. The loft is decorated with the kids in mind with twin beds and their own TV and play area. There is a queen-size sectional sofa in the living room, for extra guests, with cable TV, DVD and CD player. Comfortably sleeping up to 8 people. A screened in porch is off the living room for those who love the outdoors with warm gentle breezes off the ocean. The dining area sits 6-8 people with a wet bar for those fancy umbrella drinks. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, glasses, serving ware, baking dishes, blender, etc. The front screened porch is furnished with a comfortable wicker love-seat and chair so you can enjoy your new friends and neighbors. There is an outside pool with large sunbathing area and gas grill. Picnic tables and grills are located around Heron Pointe so you can enjoy your own outdoor cooking. The indoor pool is heated with restrooms and changing areas. The new sauna and hot tub are also located inside the pool area. Another outside sunbathing area is available there also. Heron Pointe is located off Restaurant Row and is within 5 mins of the major highways. The outlet mall, large discount stores, restaurants and more are within minutes and you never have to go out in beach traffic to get to them. Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Dolly Parton's Pirate Adventure, the Carolina Opry, Ripley's Aquarium and many more theatres and amusements are also just minutes away. Plenty of fun for all ages in the family. Did we mention golf??? Yes, there are two public golf courses located around Heron Pointe and many, many more in the surrounding areas of Myrtle/North Myrtle Beach. Great rental history on and off season.
