Our beautiful home is a split level with plenty of room.  When you enter on the ground level there is a room that can be a mud room, etc. The laundry room, the utility room (heater, etc) and entrance to the crawl space (very large) are also on this floor along with a bedroom/office.  Up half a flight of stairs is the entryway to the front door.  This floor has a family room with stone (gas) fireplace and there is also a full bath on this floor.  Up another half flight there is the kitchen, living room and dining room.  There is a door to the deck off the dining room which goes down to a brick covered patio.  Up the next half flight there are three bedrooms with huge closets and another full bath.  There are pull-down stairs in the hallway for access to the attic.  The yard is nicely landscaped and has a 20x40 above ground pool with a deck.  There is also a shed for storage.
