Log House 3br/2ba near Lake Wilhelm

This is a beautiful larch log house in a rural setting along a quiet rode. It is a couple of miles from Lake Wilhelm where there is boating, fishing and a bike trail. As you pull into the driveway , you will drive over a stream that passes through the yard. At the far side of the yard is a gas well that provides free gas for the water heater, hot water radiant heat in the floors, fireplace and stove. The floors are all hardwood except there is tile in the bathrooms and kitchen. In the kitchen we had custom built amish oak cabinets. The windows are by Pella. The ceilings are a knotty pine tung and groove which looks beautiful with the log walls. We found some pine doors in the rooms that also match the ceilings.
Outside we have a wrap around porch on three sides of the house. There is also a 20x20 larch siding building that we just put a second floor in for storage. The house is sold with the refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer and dryer.
