For the perfect person with lots of time on their hands..this is the perfect house. At one time this was a 5 Apartment House. House is Stucturally sound but it needs alot TLC. Property runs down to Esopus Creek great for Swimming. As you can see from pictures the house is built with big beams, and it has a lot of details in the moldings.
