Owner has abandoned this house and moved New York due to racist Lilburn Police and racial profiling in Gwinnett County, Georgia. Thousands of immigrants have left from this town/County. Due to huge migration most of small businesses have  closed. Big chains like Publix, Rite Aid, CVS, Big Lot, Circuit City are also closing their stores. Georgia has became No.1 in foreclosure and soon its going to No.1 prejudice state of US.

Owner, Mr. Khan moved GA in 2004. In 2006 he pulled over by racist Lilburn cop for minor stop sign violation. He was waiting for court date, but instead of sending him court date, he was arrested middle of the night and charged “Failure to appear in Court” . Even though he had clean MVR,no criminal record in past. First time in his life he locked up three days in Jail.

When Mr. Khan reported to local news and ACLU. These cops became his enemies and looking for any excuse to arrest Mr. Khan

Not only Mr. Khan. Lilburn Police Dept. also got sued by their own Hispanic Police Officer in past.

In 2008 Mr. Khan rented his basement room to a Caucasian girl, but later she brought more guys  and started smoking Marijuana when Mr. Khan called Lilburn Police, his tenants started begging him not to call Police, but it was too late, Police caught while  they were fleeing. Police found smoking pipes, rolling papers and might found marijuana in their car, but instead of arresting her or other crimnials Racist cops warned Mr. Khan and said, “You have no right to get her out without eviction notice even 10 guys live in her room.”
These criminals who were begging Mr. Khan not to call Police like a pussy became Lion when they got Police back and lived free, smoked marijuana, played loud music everyday destroyed the property till they finally got eviction notice.

In January 2010 Atlanta Roofing & Remodeling filed a law suite against owner, because Mr. Khan refused to give him contract, same as usual judge made  judgment in favor of Caucasian guy, i.e. Atlanta roofing and asked Mr. Khan to pay 15% of insurance money. Mr. Khan appealed, but instead of sending court date, second time Gwinnett County failed to send him court date and made judgment again in favor of Atlanta Roofing.
When Mr. Khan complained to Gwinnett County that he nenver recieved any court date, so  Gwinnett County  sent him letter and said, “COURT AUTOMATED SYSYTEM UNABLE TO GENERATE NOTICE."

In October 2009, Racist Lilburn Cop, Matt Price arrested Mr. Khan and cited him for Disorderly Conduct while arguing with Bank employee, Mr. James Harris of Wells Fargo Branch at 5505 Lawrenceville Hwy & Rockbridge Rd, Lilburn, GA. 

This time Mr. Khan did two mistakes, 1st he was arguing with Caucasian guy,  2nd he didn’t realize that three Indian-Hindu employees are watching him closely. Even though there were mostly Whites. Blacks & Hispanic in this branch,  but nobody witnessed except Hindu Employees.

They fueled the fire, lied and told Police that Mr. Khan threatened to kill bank employees.

This is why, God clearly says in Latest Testament:

“ Verily, you will find the Yahud and Idolaters  among the strongest men in opposition to the Believers ; And you will find nearest in love to the Believers those who say, “We are Christians”(5.82)

When Bank's corporate office watched the  video that Bank Manger cursing Mr. Khan. They transferred or might fired him. Now you can see how these Indians-Hindu killed two birds with one stone. First they sent Mr. Khan to jail, took revenge of their forth father, 2nd they got rid of White Bank Manger, so they would bring another Indian-Hindu Manager in this branch. No wonder how fast they are taking over American Jobs. These racist Hindu should be fired from this branch and charged of hate crimes.

Mr. Khan filed lawsuit against Lilburn Police Dept. but later he had to withdraw case,  because he was not just getting hate calls/emails also indirect threat from Police & County. When he was arrested he was cited for “Disorderly Conduct” and when he filed lawsuit against Police, first they changed  Bank employee's race from White to Latino, so no one find out that Mr. Khan arrested for arguing with White guy and later they changed his case DISORDERLY CONDUCT (Misdemeanor)  to TERRORISTIC THREAT (Felony), because they want to teach him lesson that if he sues or mess with Police, they are going to put him in jail for long time.

Mr. Khan was worried that this time he is not going to get court date and will be arrested again like county did couple times. When Mr. called Gwinnett court no one replied him back and when he emailed them. He received the answer.
