Take IA 141 north out of Des Moines, follow this into Perry. Turn left (south) onto 1st Ave (also called IA-144 or P58, just past the Hy-Vee). Go approx 2 miles and turn left (east) onto 195th which is gravel. Take the first right(south) onto Jewell Lane and go approx 1 mile. Land is on the east side of the road. The pond is quite private, you will not be able to see it from the road.
