Asking $265,000 for 2800 square feet. The only house youre going to find in Eagle Springs with an asking price (negotiable) less than $95 a square foot that is not 10 years old!

Although you cannot tell from the look of the house, we purposely built on the smaller end of the allowed square footage. This means most houses in our area (Grove Point of Eagle Springs) are much larger and much more expensive. Come see for yourself. Oversized back patio for entertainment, plus additional uncovered 30 foot circle patio with build in fire pit that matches house. (See picture) Rocking chair front porch and both porches have stamped concrete.
