The house has two main components. The main house was built around 1964 and an addition was put on in 1995. There is a full unfinished basement under the original main house. The electrical panel was replaced in 1995.

We can work out some cash allowances  in writing to be paid to buyer at the closing for the  floorcovering and a basement drain or pump and whatever else.

Utilities include electric and water service from the PUD. There is phone and DSL internet. Garbage can be picked up or taken to the dump. Satellite TV is available. Mail is delivered to the house.  This is a great property for a person who wants to live in the country but still have access to shopping, dining, banking, and medical services and even a community college in Astoria. There is one neighbor directly across the road on five acres but otherwise the house and property are private. The county provides fire and ambulance services and winter road maintenance. State Highway 4 is only two minutes away.  Public schools are in Naselle and the school buy goes by the house.

Grays River is noted for its Covered Bridge, and nearby Naselle hosts the "Finn Fest" every couple years. Astoria has an active dining and arts scene. Long Beach has great July 4th fireworks. There are harbors to keep a boat at the river.  Warrenton has a Fred Meyer, Home Depot, and a Costco. There is a food co-op and an organic bakery in Astoria along with a performing arts center and a renovated theater for concerts.
