In 2008, husband lost his job. We decided that the time would come that we were tired of depending on the job markets, working for the other fellow or simply retirement. We would be ready. We are both foodies & very creative and talented in different areas, thus the BBQ restaurant. Our plans were well thought out. We even built a food trailer and put our food to the test and practice thru a very successful trial run. We were so shocked, impressed and pleased of that trial run that we purchased this spot and begun. Due to the economy, our finances and very little free time to spend on the building(as most of the work we did ourselves) it has been a very slow process of trying to finish on our own and still will be awhile.  Keep in mind, this is a WONDERFUL price now because there will be price adjustments on completion of work and again once business is up and running. 

 

A dream for the single/couple who wants to own it all from the beginning or a single/couple that wants to semi-retire/retire.
