We are looking for a new young family to fill our lovely child friendly home. There is only my husband and I left in the house and we have decided that its time to let someone else raise their children here.

The house has a huge first floor family room, kitchen with eating area and a large pantry. Also on the first floor are the laundry, full bath, home office, private living room and formal dining room.

On the second floor you find the master bedroom with a walk in closet and a master bath. The master bath has a beautiful corner garden tub as well as a stand up shower. There are two other bedrooms on the second floor, one with an attached bonus room/den. There is another full bathroom on this floor as well.

The third floor houses the final two bedrooms and a half bath. These bedrooms are wonderful for children looking for a little more independence!

There are enclosed porches in both the front and back of the house, along with an open deck in the back overlooking the wooded lot. The back yard is fully fenced and has a large 2 story barn.

School busses pick up and drop off right at the end of the driveway. Dunning is a dead end street with only a small amount of resident traffic. This is truly a lovely place to raise children.
