A little history on the home:

This was an older home that we completely remodeled in 1993.  All new plumbing from the meter, all new electric, added on about 1600 square feet (slab foundation) the rest is pier and beam with solid wood (completely insulated walls),  all new insulated windows, all new fixtures etc.  This was a very extensive remodel.

We kept some of the features of the older home to include the original brass and crystal door knobs and a lot of the custom built-ins.  Solid oak hardwood floors in the living area were re-finished and are beautiful.

All new custom cabinets throughout the home to include kitchen, new appliances etc. This home offers a LOT of storage and many unique features not found in newer homes.

 

The work shop is 2600 Sq FT (we own our own business and use this as our office and facilities).  This was also completely re-done in 1993 and has central heat and air, small kitchen area and a restroom.  The main part of the workshop is 50X40 with an office area of 600 SQ FT.  There is a concrete sidewalk between the shop and house (about 30 yards away beside the house) but has a separate drive and entrance and is somewhat separated by landscaping trees and scrubs.
