A little history on the home:
This was an older home that we completely remodeled in 1993. All new plumbing from the meter, all new electric, added on about 1600 square feet (slab foundation) the rest is pier and beam with solid wood (completely insulated walls), all new insulated windows, all new fixtures etc. This was a very extensive remodel.
We kept some of the features of the older home to include the original brass and crystal door knobs and a lot of the custom built-ins. Solid oak hardwood floors in the living area were re-finished and are beautiful.
