  • Energy Star package was added which included programmable thermostats and low E glass at all windows and sliding glass door.
  • A custom floor-to-ceiling screen was added to front porch entry.
  • Ceiling fans were added to most rooms.
  • Recessed lighting fixtures were added in several areas of the house.
  • Kitchen appliances were upgraded to top of the line GE series.
  • The wood cabinets were upgraded in the kitchen and bathrooms to Hartford Hickory Arch Toffee.
  • Floor tile and counter tops were upgraded throughout the house.
  • Floor tile replaced carpeting in some parts of the house.
  • The carpeting and pad were all upgraded.
  • An optional gas fireplace was added in the living room, with a tile surround to match the tile of the home. It has a remote control fire starter.

  • The home was pre-wired for cable TV with outlets in many rooms. An easy conversion to satellite service is possible. Most rooms were pre-wired with a port to access high speed Internet service. This is called a Structured Wiring Plan.

  • There are 4 large (80x48) built-in cabinets with shelves and doors in the garage.
  • Additional ceiling storage racks were installed in the garage.

 Exterior

  • The large, beautiful lot was professionally landscaped by a leading landscaper in Tucson. The landscaping is low maintenance and includes native plants, several oak and citrus trees.
  • The home features a custom swimming pool (36x18, irregular shape) and an integrated, round 6' spa with jets. The pool has a water feature controlled by a separate pump, a high capacity filter, a high output natural gas heater, an automatic water leveling system, upgraded Terrazo pool finish, extra entrance steps and rails, an extra underwater bench and colored underwater lighting in the pool and in the spa. Spa cover is included.
  • There is a custom, double-sided gas fireplace on a brick patio with integrated bench seating. This is excellent for entertaining by the pool. A double set of logs was added to the fireplace. Matching pool tile trims the fireplace.
  • There is a two-zone low voltage path lighting system for the front and back yards, with some trees lighted, too. The two zones operate on two separate timers.
  • The irrigation drip system is a two-zone arrangement for the plants and trees.
  • A ceiling fan was added to the back patio.
  • The back patio is covered and is extra large.
  • Full downspouts channel rain water underground to the street.
  • The concrete driveway and entrance walk were coated to enhance appearance and provide added durability.
  • A five-foot high privacy fence surrounds the property, without limiting mountain views.
