We are looking to sell our 4 bdrm, 1 bath home. It is on 4 acres m/l, and the views are incredible from any direction, and VERY private. Our road to the house is a dead end road and we are at the end of it overlooking a vast area of fields. All hard surface roads until you get to our road. The house is around 100 years old so it has your typical features for an old farm house. There are many many updates, like newer vinyl siding on home, all new vinyl tilt-in windows throughout house, all new exterior doors. Has a new 12 x 16 wood patio on the back of house. The kitchen is a very large eat-in or formal dining country style kitchen. The cupboards are original with the home, and has a nice built in glass hutch. New linoleum on lower level. Master bedroom is nice size with access to the bathroom. We installed central air several years back and the furnace was new in 2003, and a new 50 gallon water heater in 2008. We built a 12 x 24 shop/office building. It has power to it. It has a heated office space (12 x 8), with a storage loft above (12 x 16). Also, an 8 x 12 garden shed, a one car garage, a large out building with newer lean-to attached. We also have a pasture area that we currently have fenced off for our horse, & small chicken house. Nice, established garden areas, and a lot of newer plantings and landscaping. There is also a 24' round above ground pool. Bdrm sizes are: Master- 12x14, others are- 9x13, 13x15, 13x15 with walk-in insulated attic/storage room which is 12x16. Kitchen is 15x18 with attached laundry area, dining area is 13x18, living area is 14x16. Off of the dining area (which we use for an all purpose room), is a smaller room which is 7x8 with floor to ceiling shelves on one wall.
