 The master BR is at the top of the stairs on the right.  It has a vaulted Ceiling and a new 6 foot sliding glass door leading to the a balcony, whcih overlooks the patio and the beautiful common area.  There are his and hers closets and the master bathroom, which has a jacuzzi ready tub, shower stall, 2 sinks and a separate toilet room.  The third full bath is opposite the MBR.  

   

 

The second and third bedrooms are on the the open side of the townhouse which allows for windows.  The third BR is over the garage so it has windows on both sides.  Both BRs have a closet with two 30" wide sliding mirror doors.

There is a heavy-duty pull down stair case leading to a "huge" storage area which we had  installed; it is not a standard feature of Allaire Manor Townhouses.
