This is our charming two bedroom arts and crafts style house, built in the 1920’s, located in beautiful Ramsey NJ.  Woodland Avenue is the perfect proximity to the main part of town so it’s peaceful and private while at the same time convenient to everything. 

We bought the house in 2003.  Since then we have replaced the roof, installed central air, renovated the bathroom, refinished the hardwood floors, updated the appliances, leaf-guarded the gutters and redone almost everything on the detached garage.  We put in a new front paving stone walkway, leading up to new front steps and the new front door.  We completely gutted and rebuilt the basement which is currently being used as a home office, laundry room and utility room.  And lucky for you, we just replaced our furnace.  So you when buy the house, you get a new furnace in a move in ready house.  There are protected state-owned forested green acres across the street from the front, and there are trees in the back which help give you privacy on the wraparound deck.
