We are moving and need to sell.
We have nearly 5 acres on a paved corner at FM 730 and CR 4676. Our property is west and north of Fort Worth and Alliance, about a mile south of Boyd city limits in Wise County.
There are two homes, an office building that faces FM 730, a barn/shop/feed-room, a storage shed in need of repair, and a nice pasture. As a hobby we raise Texas Black Belly Barbado Sheep, thus much of the property is "Agg exempt" from taxes.

About 1100 sq ft, it has 2 bed/1 bath, hardwood floors, a natural rock fireplace, propane central heat and a window a/c unit, and an 8 year old roof in good condition. There are solid wood cabinets in the kitchen and built-in solid wood bookcases with storage cabinets in the living room, all built in 1995. Outside there is a concrete storm shelter that can also serve as a root cellar, and a natural rock fire pit with a rock patio that will need to be cleaned up and repaired before use. There is also a detached 1-car garage in natural rock, and attached to the garage is a storage area that needs work but could be easily converted to a covered pavilion, or with a lot more work could be converted to an apartment; all on a concrete slab and with an 8 year old roof in good condition. The pump house for the well that serves the property is matching natural rock, 8 year old roof in good condition, and on a concrete slab.
The 1100 sq ft office building was built in 1991, faces Fm 730 and has a small parking area. It is presently configured with three offices, a lobby/reception area, a kitchenette, a one-half bath and a file room all on a slab foundation. A storage room was added in 1994 on a peer and beam foundation. It is all electric, in very good condition, and has a central heat and air system that was completely replaced just 5 years ago. It has durable wall to wall carpet with vinyl in the kitchenette and half bath. An excellent business location or, with some remodeling could be made into a small home.
The barn/shop/feed room complex is a series of 4 adjoined buildings. The shop and barn are metal and the feed room is brick. The shop and feed room have slab foundations.
There is also a large wooden storage shed on the property that is presently being used although it is not in good condition. The mainly 4x4 post constructed building sits on a concrete block foundation that needs lots of work. Much of the wood and all the concrete blocks could be salvaged.
We have good neighbors in the area with nice homes. They are not too far and, better yet, not too close.
