Underground utilities are  established  on Lot 10 in Hunter's Ridge, Phase III.  Lot Size is 2 acres; 290.0'x300.0'. Phase III of the development backs up to the East Fork of Little River. There is a Common Area with a trail going down to 15 foot access area of Little River.  The lot was purchased from the developer for $50,000 in May 2006 with plans to build a Daniel Boone Log Home, using the Hartford floor plan of 1600 sq. ft .
